This website collects no health information. The only forms on it are a waitlist and a contact form: an email address, an optional first name, a program of interest and a state.

A first-party analytics beacon records page views and interactions against a random session id. It stores no IP address, no device fingerprint and no page URL beyond the route pattern. There are no third-party analytics or advertising tags on this site.

Care, intake and orders

Clinical intake and treatment run inside a HIPAA-compliant platform under Risen MD as your covered entity, and are governed by the Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this website policy.

Retention

Analytics events are kept for 13 months. Waitlist entries are kept until the launch sequence completes, then for 12 months.
