What’s included
Unlimited virtual visits with licensed U.S. primary-care providers, wellness support, and prescriptions when clinically appropriate.
Cold and flu, sinus and ear infections, UTIs, pink eye, rashes and other everyday illnesses, any hour, by phone or video.
Mental-health counseling and 24/7 crisis support are included. Scheduled therapy and psychiatry appointments are not part of the membership.
Family plans cover the member plus up to seven family members. Adults 18 and older get their own secure patient portal.

No. It is a cash-pay care membership, with an optional prescription discount program. It does not cover emergency, hospital or surgical care, and does not replace major medical coverage. These memberships are not health insurance and don't meet the Affordable Care Act's requirement for larger employers to offer coverage. Ask your benefits or tax adviser how they fit with any plan you offer.
No. Nonprofits, churches, clubs, gyms, sports leagues, associations and other groups of people can ask for a quote.
No. Members use their own secure patient portal. Your organization never sees members' health information — not who enrolled, not what care they used. You see billing only.
